Tokyo Metropolitan Human Rights Plaza

About Us

The Tokyo Metropolitan Human Rights Plaza is a facility established by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government as a base for promoting education and the awareness of human rights.

The Plaza features exhibition rooms where visitors can enjoy the experience of learning about human rights, a seminar room, a library, and various other facilities.

It is managed and operated by the Tokyo Metropolitan Human Rights Promotion Center as the designated administrator.

Basic Information

Layout of the Main Facilities

On the first floor, in this order from the entrance, you will find the exhibition room, the seminar room, the special exhibition room and the lobby gallery. As you come of the elevator on the second floor, the library is slightly to your right and the counseling rooms are to the far left.
